“What Stevie Parle has bitten off – he can chew” – Fay Maschler ****

Craft London Restaurant

We focus on quality of production and collaborate with modern experts, fanatics and obsessives to craft world class products. A lot of what we serve is made using British produce, sourced from farmers and suppliers we know well and always handled with a light, modern, touch. We roast our own coffee, smoke our own fish, cure meats, ferment vegetables, keep bees and grow vegetables on the Peninsula Jetty.

Our first floor restaurant offers a simple, changing menu of snacks, starters, mains and desserts. We cook vegetables, fish and meats over wood fires and make bread with our own Tandoor oven. An extensive wine list balances some well-known varieties with some small-scale, organic wine producers from all across Europe.

On the ground floor we run a cafe serving an all-day brunch menu alongside a selection of Sourdough pizzas which we cook in our own wood-fire oven. We roast our own coffee on site and bake fresh breads and pastries every day. The cafe is open from early until late and serves Craft beers on tap and wine.

Delicious wines made by hand in small quantities by people we know. In keeping with Craft’s focus on produce and production, we've chosen wines made authentically by quality driven winemakers. Often the production levels of these wines will be low, all made with passion and care for the finished product and the environment. The winemakers ethos and personality can bring as much to the finished product as the raw materials. Every few months we have a focus on one producer, listing a fuller range of their wines.
